Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
o Executing of BMS projects at site as per schedule o Co-ordinate installation activities at site as per drawings. o Interact with Client / project management consultants. o Providing inputs to office for Invoicing and ensuring collection. o Providing work status update to manager.
o Taking measurements & installation certification from client. o Testing of DDC panel and termination
Commissioning:
o Field Services: Pre-commissioning activities, onsite software testing & commissioning and functional check documentation.
o 3rd party Integrations: Integration through BACNet and Modbus protocols. o Graphic work: Designing screens for the BMS system o Onsite commissioning: It includes point to point checking, point configuration, controller power-up, software program downloading, functional tests, loop checking, network commissioning, graphics point mapping, time scheduling, alarms, trending, handing over.
