Implementation Project Manager (2014 – Present)

Engage Project and Network Management Departments in the execution of projects on time and budget. Deliver smooth workflow and provide seamless service. Manage project teams to successfully implement voice and data services for Wireless and Wireline Networks. Provide full life cycle project management, from inception to completion, including interviewing stakeholders, developing business requirements, establishing use case, developing budget and timelines, achieving stakeholder acceptance, managing all teams, and providing project milestone reports, including costs as defined in budget.
