. I worked in the call center as a travel agent for approximately 18 years. I started as a Retail Travel Agent and made car, hotel and airline reservations for members.

. I took member calls for travel inquiries as well as handled inquiries sent to the website.

. I was promoted to Senior Travel Agent and continued to perform the above duties as well as new responsibilities including booking tours and cruises, researching trips, etc.

. I maintained a repeat customer base as well as working with new clients.

. Performed travel arrangements for the Board of Directors including air and hotel reservations.

. I was a million dollar sales agent for 7 years.

I transferred from the call center to the Hamilton branch office in October of 2015 where I also performed the duties of a travel agent.

. Covered the reception desk when needed giving information to members as well as distributing maps, tourbooks and travel brochures.

In July of 2017 my position was eliminated due to lack of work.
