Contracted by American Express as a lead consultant; teaming with Accenture to develop and execute a global finance initiative to automate and optimize the investment management process.

Development of a strategic roadmap to improve and automate investment management processes across the core Amex businesses and regions: consumer, commercial and merchant services.
