I am Mrs Qwabe Sikelelwa from Midrand, born on the 23rd of December 1989. I completed grade 12 in 2007 at St John’s College in Eastern Cape Province. In 2010, i then furthered my studies in Vaal University of Technology where I did S1,S2 and S3 in Chemical Engineering. And in 2015 I left without completing S4 due to financial problems.
I then found a job at MTN in July 2015 where I was employed as customer care agent until July 2016. I was required to assist customers with their queries at the best service, that where I have developed my interpersonal skills and working under pressure as well as how to deal with irate customers. I then worked at the University of South Africa at Despatch department as a Team Leader where I had to make sure my team deliver as there was a target of student books to pick and send for postal and also had to make sure the team has the right equipment to work with. I am currently back to complete my S4 at Vaal University of Technology in Chemical Engineering. This serves as a plea for P1 and P2 opportunity to be able to graduate and be qualified artisan. Not only that but also to be part of the company team and be one of the persons that innovate and uplift the company as I would to see myself as the plant designer or grown in the field, in few years’ time. I would gladly appreciate the opportunity of conveying the theory I have learned about chemical processes into practise.
