Accountability:
Provides high level secretarial and administrative support to two Sr. Executive Managers (Saudi Aramco & Sumitomo Chemicals) in Directorate Office.
Manage and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly calendars of Sr. Mangers.
Coordinates work with other executives and support staff to ensure a high performance, oriented work environment.
Arrange Visa and Travel for the Sr. Managers.
Make Travel request / expense report / ADL / B2B for the Sr. Managers thru SAP system.
Make e-leave, flight requests, transportation requests, etc. thru Aramco & PRC SAP system.
Arrange Meetings, appointments for Sr. Managers & Executive Team.
Prepare/issue Monthly & Weekly reports.
Drafts memorandum, correspondence, presentations and reports often of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings
Receives telephone calls, providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgment.
