Captured $4M in revenue for chemical and specialty storage by driving transition, from contract and construction to start up, of BFG Chemical in Sheffield, Ohio.
Improved consistency and efficiency through co-development of forms/documents to standardize operations and transitions – additionally, collaborated on creation of a modular transition and training plan for all distribution centers.
Generated $10M by leading several high-value projects: $2M transition for UCB chemical, $3M for managing season Toys R Us facility, and $5M for directing startup of a bulk distribution facility for Wal-Mart.
