Front line supervisor of 04 rolling mills production employees and four maintenance department employees.

Planning & Execution of maintenance of Mechanical Utility like DG, Compressor, Cooling tower, Pumps, ETP etc.

Performing Preventive Maintenance, Routine maintenance, overhauling on Schedule basis.

Responsible for maintenance of all rolling mills, wire drawing machines, cutting machines and extrusion press machine.

Uninterrupted production process through timely/proper maintenance of Utilities.

Responsible for smooth functioning and quality of utilities (water, steam, compressed air, etc).

Maintenance of Boilers, Thermopacs, Pumps, DG Set, Compressors, dryers and production’s machines (Stenter, Jiggers, Jet, Soft Flow, etc).

Description: The speed breaker is connected with rack and pinion arrangement. There is a compound gear which is attached to the same shaft that of pinion. By the compound gear, the gear ratio increases hence the rpm of the shaft is increasing when pressing the breaker.
