I started my career working as an IT Consultant in software development and other technology-related areas for several years, which gave me experience in the whole Software Development Life Cycle. For the last 12 years, I have played different roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master and Project Manager in a corporate group with 400 employees in 10 offices across Venezuela, and operations in Colombia, Panama, and Ecuador, and in a 250 rooms five-stars hotel, using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver quality applications and programs for both, front and back-office operations.

My IT Project Management background gives me strong technical, administrative, and managerial skills, as I have managed more than 40 software development, implementation, hardware, and processes projects, often more than one project at a time, supervising teams of people in the office and remotely, using proven motivational and coaching strategies, consistently delivering solutions on time, on budget, meeting or exceeding expectations.

I'm the kind of servant leader who rolls up his sleeves and gets involved (from planning, gathering information, designing, testing, obstacle removing, conflict solving, supervision, to final delivery), leads by example, gets his hands dirty, and does whatever it takes to get the job done.
