§ Responsible for coordinating regional hiring, logistical plans, policies, and procedure. Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for Production, Packaging, Maintenance, Warehouse, Food safety, OSHA, Quality and Safety related activities. Provides all company owned facility teams the vision, direction and development needed to execute on operating plans. Creates appropriate methods to track progress against plan and budget. Discussion with clients, consult with architects, and surveyors, before commencing a project.
