• Led & managed 2009 Kawasaki Data Center completion, Tier 4 standard, $US 110M value. I led lease negotiation and liaised between all internal and external stakeholders.

• Led & managed 2004 tenant construction of secondary office / disaster recovery center consisting of 500 seats, 400 cabinet data center, trading desks, and training space, etc. in a base isolated structure. Project value $US 24M.

• 2007 Infrastructure upgrade, replacement of uninterruptible battery supply and generator support in live working environment. $US 14M value.

• 2006 - 2012 I led all Firm tenant restoration / landlord return projects, 90K SQF, $US 4M value.

• 2005 I led the lease renewal revision which accomplished substantial cost reductions in exchange for continued occupancy. Landlord’s energy charges halved. Rent reduced 30%, $US 100M savings over life of lease.

• Modernized maintenance vendor procedures and program, brought up to global standards.
