Utilized torque wrenches, drills, screw drivers, tweezers, microscope, grinders, Dremel tools, rivet guns, tap and die sets, hammers, socket sets, hex heads, various bits, off-set wrenches, etc.

Installed slide assemblies into Patriot Missile Systems and RDP (rapid data processor) with extensive schematic wiring, wire routing and harness assembly

Assembled and troubleshot fixed ground terminals, as well as airborne terminals, in addition to 24-hour burn-in testing, prior to shipping to customer

Performed terminal upgrade integration for The Milstar Program, upgrading old antennas to current configuration for MDR/XDR data rate

Upgraded Secure Mobile Anti-Jam Reliable Tactical Terminal (SMART-T), transportable terminators designed to attach to Army Humvee vehicles by performing antenna dish rework/realignment and installing newly upgraded motors

Worked on classified high-power amplifiers

Worked with verniers micrometers, calipers, gapping shims for motors, etc.

Constructed, reworked and rerouted cables in amplifier assemblies using various gauged wires

Installed and maintained systems for domestic and international Air Force sites for the Family of Advanced Beyond Line-Of-Sight Terminals (FAB-T)

Peromplex assemblies using blue print drawings and schematics.
