Organize and maintain office filing systems,

Act as liaison with parents re: ill or injured children and provide first aid and contact parents as required,

Receive and effectively handle telephone communications, callback parents re: absent students, etc.

Receive and distribute mail for school personnel,

Work co-operatively with Winnipeg Police Services with respect to School lockdowns.
