Position Held: Compensation and Reporting Manager

Manging a team responsible for overseeing the compensation division of the company by implementing and managing the compensation programs. Evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary to ensure that all jobs are appropriately aligned for internal equity and adhere to labor's law and company's strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Compensation

Conducting wages survey within labor market, benchmarking, gathering data and analyzing current program to ensure appropriate compensation programs across all departments.

Administer market data analysis, merit increases and salary structure

Managing the salary program by reviewing of salary actions associated with pay, adjustments, promotions, transfers and new hire salaries.

Coordinate and implement the “Senior Manager Reward – Program”

Applying techniques of job analysis, descriptions evaluations and grading and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scale

Support in the development of job descriptions for various positions as a part of the job evaluation process to determine appropriate base pay

Support in the recruitment process to attract new candidates by specifying salaries and benefits within ABC policies and assure the alignment within the internal equity between jobs.

Ensuring compensation programs with the labors law and with other legislative regulations.

Responding Communicating with employees, at various levels to provide input into programs and policies.

Updating regional HR policies and procedures to improve work environment & conditions

Providing services to employees including answering their inquiries, resolving problems related to access to or payment of benefits

Conduct presentations in the Work Council to explain ABC procedures such as job evaluation procedure, salary increases and bonuses.

Communicating to upper management some aspects of HR work through specific periodic reports.

Encourage leaders and managers to follow the company’s behavior and using it to build a solid performance management program leads to have an effective compensation program

By the Acquisition of Heineken to ABC, managed migration of ABC from unstructured compensation processes to efficient and effective compensation scheme by:

-Evaluating ABC Jobs and establish ABC Job matrix

-Analyzing market data and create ABC salary structure

-Reformation of minimum salaries of ABC employees to comply with the desired labor market position

-Issuing salary administration policies and procedures to motivate current employees and attract calibers

Improve work conditions for Drinkies staff at ABC stores (New shift pattern, New hires and compensation)

Lead HR team in establishing a company-wide Common Cost Center and allocating all employees of different departments

Lead a team to improve basic catering facilities and conditions across ABC sites

Lead a team to streamline service cars procedures resulting the cancellation of VIP service car, the centralization of service cars and unifying the suppliers for rental cars
