As a member of project optima “Chemical Optimization for the whole plant”. Minimize consumption while sustaining chemical effectiveness. Save 15% reduction from 2016 consumption data which will yield savings of PHP 710,800 per month or PHP 7.82 million per year.

Involved in project optima “Whole Plant Optimization”. Optimization of electric driven equipment; reduced water consumption and electrical consumption. Specially to maximize the biogas production through effective operation.

Operates Anaerobic Digester System, Waste Water Treatment System, Power Generation System, CO2 plant, Gas Upgrading System and operate, accordingly to each specification applicable standards, and in optimum efficiency.

Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as motors, pumps, fans, compressors, RO Water Treatment Plant, Biogas Scrubber and NH410a refrigeration system to supply water, fuel, lubricants, air, and auxiliary power.

Test and maintain electric motors, variable frequency drives, alarms, and control systems to ensure proper working condition. Obtain measurements and readings using electrical and mechanical testing instruments, including digital multi meters, megger and phase rotation meters.
