Review payroll operation to ensure it is aligned with department SOPs and country laws and regulations.

Review and ensure smooth insurance and labor office operations to maintain company's rights.

Ensure providing all employees at different branches with high level of medical insurance service with best quality to ensure their satisfaction.

Ensure filling all vacant position through following effective recruitment process to ensure hiring best calibers.

Review resignation and exit interview reports to identify the reasons to be avoided later on.

Ensure orientation program is used for all newly employees to facilitate their work.

Review all transfers and promotions within the area.

Maintains two-ways communication.

Responsible for all HR activities in branch with a headcount of 100 employees

Inform and Follow up the Implementation of HR policies and procedures inside branch.

Receiving hiring requests from different departments.

Filtering, screening CVs and preparing short lists of candidates.

Conducting interviews and tests with new candidates.

Presenting offers to new candidates.

Maintain an updated roster of candidates for potential job opportunities.

Conducting orientation program for new employees in collaboration with the department’s supervisors.

Assisting in implementing training plan for branch employees (Training schedule - Training commitment - Training Evaluation)

Assisting in the proper implementing of the performance appraisal programs collaboration with the departments supervisors.

Managing the hiring’s process (writing of contracts, social insurance, and health insurance and open new bank accounts).

Managing the resignations process (conducting exit interviews and provide recommendations to help employee’s retention).

Preparation and keeping of workers files (ensure alignment with company's rules and government regulations).

Creating and managing employee’s database via HRIS.

Follow up the attendance and absences employees and handling all types of (exception and vacations) via HRIS.

Managing the employee benefits:

Medical care company (Inaya Egypt), bank relations (QNB bank), mobile lines (Vodafone)

Dealing with government offices:

Social insurance, Health insurance, labor office, occupational Safety and Health

Preparing and issue monthly reports of HR:

(Hiring’s and resignations, overtime, turnover, penalties, employee relations, performance management, leave balances, attendance and absence).
