WORK DESCRIPTION
Elementary English and Basic Computer Teacher in South Italy
I spent more than seven years teaching Basic English and Basic Computer in one elementary school in South Italy.
Secretary and Catechist in the Diocese of Trapani, South Italy
I also dedicated myself in teaching catechism both with the children (once a week) and the youth of the Diocese of Trapani and was giving everyday catechism and counseling sessions to youth animators.

As a Campus Minister, I was acting as a bridge between the Sta. Cruz Church and the various universities near it. I was bringing to the universities, the church messages and activities related to the youth. I had different schedules of retreat with the students, nurturing their knowledge and love of God, organizing choir groups and inviting them to participate in some church activities. I offered them some moments of counseling and guidance.

As an Italian Consultant, my first assignment was to update the contact details of the company’s clients in Italy. I was calling almost all the companies of the plastic industries to update the contact details of their managers. By the end of February, I was doing a customer satisfaction study with the owners and managers of these companies until the project was finished on mid April.

Sunpower PSR’s main task is to receive orders from our partner dealers in Italy, provide detailed information on services and products to customers, enter customer information into system.
Process the orders in the Oracle, order booking, send confirmation of orders to the partners, receive payments and send packing lists to the logistics for the delivery of materials to the end customers, generate invoice, respond to emails and phone calls and resolve issues.

Recently, was promoted as Senior Partner Support Representative to Lease Controls Team. My main responsibilities: invoicing unreturned cancelled lease materials, validating disputed invoices and generating credit memo and also monitoring of W05 Dropship Inventory.
Lastly, I was assigned in the logistics team validating the freight charge invoices, creating Purchase Requisitions to Suppliers and contacting forwarders for the shipments of products.
