Carrying out Inspection activities with the consultant/client as per QAP & ITP requirements.

Qualification of welders for various materials in accordance with the project specified WPS.

Monitoring the overall welders activities to ensure the usage of correct welding parameters to avoid improper welding

Visual inspection of weld on site for its defects and taking appropriate action for the remedy.

Inspection of fit up,Inspection of weld Visual and Erection of loops as per ISO Drawings.

Witnessing of DPT,MPT and Interpretation of Radiographic films as per ASME B31.3,ASME Sec V.

Coordinating the Inspection activities such as material identification,fit up weld visual and NDT inspections with clients and Consultants.

Preparation of all supporting documents for mechanical and NDT clearance for the loops that has to be hydyo tested.

Confirming the inspections,Measuring and Test Equipment Calibration status prior to use.

Preparation of Hydro/Pneumatic test package and inspection of hydro testing procedure followed by Client/Consultants Specification.

Prepare weekly reportsof welding progress,repairs and etc.are in MS-Excel sheets.

Documentation of the process to fulfill the client quality requirements.

Using surface preparation procedures & methods including sandblasting with copper slag or grit,selection and usage of the suitable surface coatings,paintings,insulations,wrappings,inspections and quality assurance of painting activities using coat- thickness guage,etc.
