information. Letters are placed in commit status and released to primary care physicians or ordering physicians within a forty-eight hour turnaround. Patient's result letters sent via U.S. mail on a daily basis.

Responsible for over Twenty-Five hundred weekly letters to patients that include, Annual screening reminders, Past

due screening and Final letters for screening reminders. Letters include Follow-up appointments and Follow-up

biopsies appointments. This also includes certified letters to all patients missing immediate follow-ups.

Occasionally, distribution fliers are added to promote The Rose fundraisers.

In charge of all Benign Pathology Reports, retrieve all benign pathology from MLD Pathology Systems and Quest

Diagnostics on a daily basis to input into the PenRad system and to be included in the patient's Electronic Medical


Corrections made to the Fax Log Fail in PenRad twice a weekly to make sure all failed faxes to providers are

corrected and resent via fax or U.S. mail to the corrected locations.

Practice all facility and company's legal and HIPAA compliances while assisting patients with private medical

records issues and complaints.
