Reporting directly to the VP Accounting & Asset Management and working as needed with the CEO. The ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT duties are as follows:

OVERALL - Work closely with the VP Accounting to ensure smooth administrative and financial operations of the business including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and monthly financial close. GENERAL BOOKKEEPING - Assisting in performing daily, weekly, and monthly routine accounting/bookkeeping tasks include standard postings to G/L, and manual check processing.

PURCHASING - Performing lead tasks for all Company purchasing: purchase order management, entry into Brix, and maintaining detailed communications with internal and external customers and vendors.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Processing Company AP including credit card expenses & payments, reconciling A/P to balance sheet, preparing weekly list of vendor payments to process, and gathering invoice support for monthly credit card statement.

HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATON MANAGER – Accounting, Customer Service, Invoicing, Data Entry, Spread Sheets.
