Backup and recovery is addressed in detail in the Backup and Recovery Policy. All critical company data is backed up on a daily basis and stored offsite.

Programs that are scheduled to execute on a regular basis will be monitored by the IT department and/or system owner in accordance with the scheduled job matrix.

All IT requests, program changes, and events requiring corrective action by the IT Department will be monitored and tracked through the use of the IT Ticket system.

System event logs of selected systems will be reviewed quarterly by the IT department.

Servers listed in the Critical System Matrix will be logged as defined in the entry for that server

The systems will be reviewed for Unauthorized Access, Hardware Problems, and Software Problems.

Key end user files and their use are to be documented and maintained by the department manager or designated employee. The IT department is responsible for backing up these files and providing a secure network for access and use of the files.

No copies of software shall be made by any employee, other than the IT department and then only after reviewing software license information.

Encryption systems and all cryptographic keying material for encryption must be properly controlled by the IT Department and all messages and transmissions through telecommunications links to or from a Calumet application must be properly authenticated.

Users are to be updated with a summary of their IT control responsibilities on an annual basis.

Calumet IT department shall maintain a list of the contracted to work on IT systems and related information.
