Project Manager, Compliance and Risk Analysis
Served as the Project Manager, Airports Worldwide, Inc., a $500M global investor, developer, and operator of airports. Reported to the Senior Vice President of Global Operations with areas of responsibility that included Compliance (FCPA), Training, Logistics as well as providing operational assistance to the Business Development Team on airport pursuits: Compliance and Risk Management
• Developed and implemented a program that promotes, protects, and sets the tone that reflects the Company’s reputation for ethics, integrity, and honesty in all dealings.
• Developed and implemented our current Risk Management Policy for our HQ as well as are airport assets.
• Assisted General Counsel in the preparation of the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct Manuals. Developed Company’s policies and procedures around FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
