Project Manager/Technical Document Review
• Project Manager for Microsoft's Global IT Datacenter Operations on projects up to $10M. Managed an online technical service database for IT break/fix technical guides. IT server deployment asset tracking/escalation, document validation, datacenter oversight, key role in facilitating manual processes to automation. Utilized Microsoft Outlook/Office, Skype, Visio, TFS, OnePDM, ServiceNow, and information tracking tools. Coordinated over 150 Datacenter project managers on server compatibility and escalation issues. I converted tens of thousands of break/fix ticket data into usable information for data trends and predictions of systematic errors. Utilized PMP/LEAN/Six Sigma/Kaizen/Kanban principles and techniques in daily tasks.

Hardware Test Engineer/Project Manager
• Test Engineer/Project Manager working in product development, user testing, test development, prototyping, technical training, etc. I spent a year and a half helping to develop the Microsoft Band smart watch/fitness device including sensor testing [ambient light, UV, GPS, Heart Rate, calories, accelerometer, IEXB waterproofing, USB, battery life], set up large, long-term user group studies, FW testing, failure analysis, ANOVA testing, force-to-fire button development. I spent a year and a half helping to develop the Microsoft Xbox One controller including button development, haptic feedback, pneumatic test fixtures, IR wireless communications testing, thumb-stick calibrations, analog-to-digital conversion, PCBA development, and more. I was the sole asset manager for the DUTs [device under test] prototypes of Xbox One Controller and Band, for the whole company.
