Site Operator
Responsible for personally inspecting over 9,000 dual axis solar trackers, 700 DC combiner boxes, and 125 AC distribution panels during the construction of the worlds largest dual axis solar tracking facility. Operated and maintained the facility post construction. Responsible for developing and implementing entire preventative and corrective maintenance system for 3 separate solar facilities, coordinating workforce to optimize downtime and maximize maintenance completed with lowest loss in production. Designed and fabricated greasing system and procedure for new gear drive systems utilized by the solar arrays. Developed troubleshooting manual and training on the new array technology.

Selected for advanced leadership course to supervise a hydraulic fracturing operation. Responsibilities included becoming subject matter expert on each piece of equipment used on site, problem identification and solution, coordinating operations with more than 10 independent contractors safely and efficiently.
