B) I was working with INDIA FOODTECH LIMITED, as an “Accounts Assistant” from August 2014 to April 2016. Engaged in manufacturing of Dabur India Limited Ginger-garlic Paste and Food Products, and mother dairy Brand SAFAL Green Peas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain Excise Records.
• Inventory valuation for financial reporting purpose.
• Voucher checking, posting and maintaining record thereof.
• Check G.R.N. (Goods Receipt Note)
• Check All Payable Vouchers.
• Debtor and Creditor reconciliations.
• Preparation of various reports for senior managers.
• Conversant with PAYE and VAT reconciliations.
• Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.
• Inputting of supplier invoices and employee expense claims to the ledgers.
• Preparation of year end statutory accounts.
• Researching and resolving audit issues.
• Helping to produce the companies’ tax return.

• E-Filling of Vat Return and Excise Return and Service Tax Return, TDS deposit etc.
• Making of Export and Import Documents.
