Was tasked with establishing a stand-alone UK subsidiary company, of which I was appointed managing Director.
Managed a team of 22 professional staff. including Administration, Servicing, Design, Technical, Sales and Marketing.
Accountable for all Sales into: UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, India,
Pakistan including overall customer satisfaction. Created new revenue
streams through cooperation with 3rd party system integrators.
Strengthened company's business throughout the territories year on year.
Generated 30% additional business by negotiating terms to buying out the UK Business Partner.
Personally spearheaded Bangladesh Open University and Istanbul [Turkey] Municipality TV station projects. Each project valued in excess of $6 million, resulted in a positive revenue for For-A, during a severe recession year. The same year, all other Japanese competitor companies suffered below-the-line revenue results.
Negotiated and contracted a 15% share ownership deal between For-A [Japan] and Orad [Israel] resulting in a clear US $10million profit for For-A within 6 months of Orad flotation on the NYSE.

Initial 3 year electronics engineering training at Royal Air Force, Training College, RAF Locking.
Left training as Junior Technician, rose rapidly through the ranks to Chief Technician.
During my years of military service, carried out various 1st, 2nd and 3rd line servicing tasks for military airfield ground based radar and communications systems in UK and Singapore.
Carried out Flight Checking of military airfield ground based navaids equipment flying throughout Asia, as part of the Far East Air Force.
Served for a number of years as a Systems Engineer for UK military air defence radar and communications systems.
