Working as project engineer then promoted to a project manager(mechanical) at Saudi- Aircon ( Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) I have participated in multiple projects either construction or replacements (Compounds, Colleges, Malls, Towers, Villas. Projects budgeted from 2 million up to 27 million USD). Job description at Saudi-Aircon: taking the lead of supervising the project as the project engineer, introducing RFIs to the main contractor, negotiating prices with suppliers, supervising foremen and installers at the site and be committed to the time schedule with the main contractor as per the planning procedure, making the heat load calculation using HAP programming system and duct sizing also pressurization fans calculation for the selection, limitation of expenses so that it will not either affect the estimated profit or the precision of work, moreover ensuring a working environment at high safety standards .Moreover, introducing the planning strategy for the project using MS project and asses the risk. Furthermore, experience in duct design and pipe sizing using maquery and other sizing software following its manufacturing according to SMACNA and I had a role also in start-up and commissioning of Chillers(Air cooled/water cooled/ Absorption), (VRF/VRV), AHUS,VAV and Fans( Exhaust, pressurization),I had also a long experience of site work and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me the right candidate for the role, in terms of technicality and working as per standards besides group working and leadership skills to achieve the aimed target.
