Weekly Financial Reporting - present performance of gross margin, schedule, WCI (Working Capital Index) for each open project in Power Operating Unit. Weekly Salesforce - meeting with Region execs to review pipeline, new awards, bid opportunities, status of bids submitted but not yet awarded.

Operating Area Budget - project revenue and gross margin by year and quarter, identify and quantify required other direct costs (overhead) and investment required to sustain including safety, technology and fleet equipment.

This by project set up is equivalent to Chart of Accounts to ensure accurate reporting and data capture of project tracking, format matches structure of bid that accompanied successful proposal.
