The Consumer and Commercial Banking Division, serves 50 million customers with a broad range of consumer financial services including personal banking, investment advise, lending, mortgages, credit cards and auto financing.

Vice President – Program/Project Management

Participated on a team of 25 Project Managers hired to implement a new mortgage processing application platform to improve customer experience and reduce loan origination cycle times within the Mortgage Banking LOB. This strategic project involved approximately 500 resources, and took approximately 33 months to complete the development, implementation and integration of a new application Mortgage Express. In March 2016 I moved to the Cyber Security initiative to support enterprise wide Cyber related projects for implementation within the Mortgage Banking LOB.

Lead cross-functional work teams and cross organizational program teams within domestic US and offshore IT hubs to support key project deliverables for specified BOW contributing to the successful implementation of the projects & programs.

Worked with key control groups, such as Demand Management, Legal, Compliance, Controls, Risk and Audit in order to ensure alignment with program deliverables.

Managed and directed overall project team activities and monitored progress including project health, capacity planning, developing and mentoring staff and internal process improvement activities.

Fast Switch is a professional IT Services organization with 450 associates providing services in 9 states and revenues of $60 million. The client I supported over a 36 month period was a tier one supplier in Automotive Manufacturing, Visteon.

Consultant/Global Project Manager

Responsible for leading the global implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 in 49 locations, in 26 countries, application in 10 different languages, including the development of interfaces to local foreign payroll applications. The budget for this project was $3.75 million (excluding software expenses) utilizing 30 resources from 3 vendors over a 14-month period.

Developed project plan, budget and resource requirements for client.

Led recruiting and selection of 5 domestic and 30 off shore consulting resources required for the global project, both functional and technical authorizing Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, timesheets & invoices.

Prepared tools for Consultants Provided training & orientation of offshore consulting resources to client organization & systems, project tools, protocol and methodology.

Collaborated with HR Leadership at each location to facilitate local project and vendor resources from introduction to go live.

Led offshore implementation teams who supported individual site launches from Requirements Gathering, Design, Development and Testing and Deployment for sites in Asia, Europe and NA markets.

Coordinated development of web page for training materials in 10 languages and worked with offshore translation company.

Project status reporting and communication to Senior Leadership including approval of customization requirements.

Training of Production and Support team for handoff of completed sites for ongoing maintenance and support by client resources.

Project Consultant

This project was a 6-month engagement to assist the VP HR and CIO in the selection of an ERP solution to support the organization’s Human Resource requirements. The organization employs 27,000 people in 26 countries. This project was completed at a cost of $320K.

LEAR CORPORATION, Southfield, MI 2000 – 2009

Lear Corporation is a Fortune 127 global organization with sales of over 17 billion dollars with operations in 242 facilities in 35 countries employing over 90,000 employees. Lear is a tier one automotive supplier, manufacturing seats, electrical & interior components for passenger vehicle and light trucks.

During my tenure with the organization was responsible for the coordination & management of multiple related projects directed toward the accomplishment of strategic business objectives.

Program Manager/Director

Designed an IT Service Request application to track resource utilization and spending and to prioritize HRIS initiatives.

Participated on IT divestiture team to complete the sale of Interior Products Division to Wilbur Ross.

Initiated and implemented a multilingual global HR intranet website to access country specific HR related policies, procedures, forms and related resources for sharing best practices.

Worked with the foreign vendors and/or consultants in the development of interfaces between PeopleSoft HCM application, PeopleSoft Financials and the Foreign Payroll Applications.

Managed the development of the training materials using Oracle UPK and provided training database in eight languages to assist in the rollout to the End User population.

Assisted key HR Leaders in the identification and training of the Country Representatives for application and End User support responsibilities.

Worked with internal and external audit groups to develop application production and maintenance standards to satisfy foreign Data Privacy issues and to ensure data accuracy.
