Outside Plant Engineer: September 2005-June 2009
Designed and Project Managed outside plant (cable & carrier) facilities both specific and routine in an assigned area. Established detailed BST CAD design for distribution facilities (feeder and distribution) to meet service demands. Project managed construction forces and other departments to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with AT&T practices and policies. Coordinated with external entities, i.e. utilities, government agencies, developers, contractors, concerning shared use, right-of-way, and facility placement/location. Developed cost studies to select the most economic plan.. Monitored expenditures to ensure incurred costs are within authorized levels.
