Review engineering design and provide comments toward "commissioning reliability" at fabrication phase at site and boiler installation phase

Work closely with the construction and commissioning contractors to develop a baseline schedule that takes advantage of all efficiencies possible

Ensure comprehensive completions database for project is prepared

Develop & Maintain detail commissioning and start-up plans in conjunction with engineering and OEM

Ensure start-up procedures are prepared as required by contract to coordinate the start-up effort

Plans & prepares for start-up activities & major milestones (chemical cleaning, steam blow, demonstration tests, etc.).

Provide input to the Contract team on the amount of commissioning spares required for project completion

Review Mandatory spares and provide comments toward "operation reliability”

Improved cooling water quality hence turbine exhaust temperature reduced as a result reduced steam consumption 2.5 ton/ hr and fuel consumption was reduced 4.12% per/hr.

Initiated, Managed, Coordinated & conducted Seminar, Group discussion & Knowledge sharing in Classroom, Workshop & on job training for improving water treatment.

Combustion Fine tuned and fuel consumption 5 ton/day was reduced as result Boiler efficiency improved by 0.02%.

Initiated for preparing Combustion tuning procedure and approved procedure. Supervised and monitored preparatory work as per procedure. Managed, Directed and controlled the fine tuning process.

ID fan vibration & noise level reduced hence ID fan parts early damage reduced as a result break down time reduced and fan availability/reliability increased up to 97%
