Support introduction of new products into existing suppliers as required for NPI projects and establish Statistical Process Controls

Drive continuous improvements to optimize yield rates and process capabilities to meet business needs and cost goals

Interface across multiple product development disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing/Assembly, and Program Management

Account Lead

Act as the liaison between vendors and multiple clients to maintain and strengthen our partnerships

Manage teams of employees to ensure the most effective use of time and company resources, while delivering the best possible results to the clients. Including interviewing, hiring, and training new and employees and instructing current employees on new procedures/technologies
