Executive Assistant - National Account Sales February 2, 1998 to present

ADP, LLC - Automatic Data Processing, La Palma CA

Support to multiple Leaders: DVP, 3 Directors and 25+ District Managers. Work directly with Sales Teams, Channel Sales Teams and Inside Sales Managers for Greater Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley and Orange County.

Responsibilities:

Independently perform administrative and general office duties in a responsible confidential nature.

Manage calendars, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls and process expense reports.

Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Greet visiting clients, guest and employees.

Assist new hires with online portal new hire onboarding/offboarding processes, e.g., equipment ordering, laptop, ipad, cell phone, company mobile plan start up, homeshoring and various other sales office supplies.

Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests; route and answer correspondence.

Evaluate calls in terms of importance and use judgement to take action.

Effectively prioritize daily workload; ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Account maintenance and support utilizing Salesforce.com database as required for the entire region.

Independently establish, organize and maintain documents and initiate follow up as needed.

Compile, analyze and summarize statistics and information in presentation formats.

Prepares meeting agendas, presentation decks, campaigns, marketing drops, arrange and coordinate events on-site and off-site; room scheduling, virtual meetings, AV equipment, additional equipment requests and catering.

Manages systems, processes and resources as assigned that support the functions of the executives

Completes special projects or assignments as required by senior leadership. Provide support to other members of management as requested.

Performs challenging tasks effectively. Anticipates problems and independently takes corrective action prior to completing the task. Strives at continuous quality improvement to achieve quality work.

Communicate new policies and procedures to sales teams. Acting as a liaison between Sales Department and other departments within the company.
