Read blueprints for set-up of a large variety of parts on multiple machines. I am a class A operator and can operate 7 different style of heading machines. Running wire diameters from 7.03 mm to 11.00 mm. Fast change over times. Run multiple parts on 4 machines. Parts set-up have to match customer specifications to produce excellent quality Fastners. I perform all of my own trouble shooting machine side and minor to major adjustments. I perform most of machine repairs unless the repair requires more repairs than normal. Perform 5S on a daily basis.
