- Develop Job Profiles and Competency Assessments for all operator positions

- Recruit and train staff to fill all operator positions

- Perform competency assessments and implement development plans for all operators

- Plan and organize all operational activities such as pipeline pigging, well testing, preparing equipment for maintenance,

replenishing chemicals, etc.

- Serve as the Area Authority for all work done under Permit To Work (PTW)
