Role Undertaken - Main activities and Responsibilities

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, design/tender drawings and various submittals(Shop drawings, RFI, NCR, Material Submittals, Method Statement, Test Reports, etc.) and register in the necessary log.

Maintains complete and systematic filing and database both in Aconex system and conventional way.

Oversee all project documents and correspondences are available electronically scanned and

hardcopy filing of project related documentation

Monitor the status of each correspondence and distribute to the concern person for the proper course of action to be taken.

Assure documents quality to insure completeness, accuracy and compliance with establish procedure and updates.

Track down all outstanding issues and follow-up with the concern parties for necessary submission.

Assist in preparation and finalization of Monthly Progress reports i.e, prequalification Evaluation Reports, Tender Review Reports, etc.

Assist the Client for tendering purposes such as preparation of Tender Documents, Invitation Letter, Addenda, Post-Tender Clarifications and Reports.

Check and comment on the accuracy of Design Drawings, Tender Drawings and Construction Drawings received from the Client for necessary issuance to relevant parties

Ensuring all documents are up to date as possible within electronic filing system.
