1. Project Lead for the Small and Micro Enterprise (SME) Sector

oCo-ordinated project for individuals in the Small and Micro Enterprise sector by securing a Grant from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB. The overall objective of the project was to improve the Business and Financial Literacy of Small Business owners in Trinidad and Tobago by providing them with the necessary information, training and tools to enhance their financial sustainability and growth.

oManaged the Project’s Budget of US$118,375.00.

2. Prepare Annual Budget for Department and ensure that expenditure is in line with Budget Allocation.

3. Reconcile Budget on a monthly basis.
