I have been a NVH project manager since November 2015.

My job duties:

--Vehicle NVH development project (Manager)

-PT NVH project with simulation and test

VTS and mode test;

Decouple analysis and optimization in vehicle condition;

Engine pressure test;

Response analysis;

Sensitivity analysis in idle and brake torque sensitivity analysis;

Target setting and target separation;

PT NVH issues diagnose and optimization.

I have been working in NVH department of SAIC commercial vehicle technology center in Shanghai since 2014.

first of all, Finding Booming source of the problem by testing means, then optimizing vehicle Booming problem by increasing isolation rate.

I have been working in engineering analysis department of Geely automobile research institute in Zhejiang as a first-class engineer from 2011 to 2014.

-- As a CAE engineer, I accomplished BIW NVH analysis in TXN project.

- BIW bend and torsion analysis, DPDS and optimization.

-- As a CAE engineer, I accomplished BIW NVH analysis in GX7 project.

- I accomplished BIW bend and torsion analysis, DPDS optimization and benchmarking.

-- As a CAE engineer, I accomplished Trimmed Body NVH analysis in GX9 project.

- I accomplished Trimmed Body model, mode analysis and POF/AOF analysis.

-- As a CAE engineer, I accomplished door’s NVH and strength analysis.

- Door’s mode, stiffness, strength and optimization.

-- As a CAE engineer, I accomplished intake and exhaust NVH analysis.
