3.Introduced new technology Vertica (Big Data) database to replace Oracle database to support BI.

It reduced the data refresh time and helped business to achieve their business goals. Data processing time reduced from 48 hours to 6 hours, data availability to global users reduced from 48 hours to 6 hours, and application down time reduced from 48 hours to zero.

4.Managed System consolidation project - consolidated six different regional census systems into single

global warehouse. No more data discrepancies among regions. Reports usability increased by 65%.

5.Orchestrated Global Digitalized Process project – automated manual scanning documentation process to digital process. Documentation are scanned and kept on secured Sharepoint sites. Reduced manual efforts to file the documents, facility storage costs, and the risk of losing the documents.

6.Worked with corporate finance and Global Mobility team to deliver Hyperion finance forecasting

system for global relocation cost analysis.
