Essential duties and tasks:

Assigns work to staff, provides leadership and training to other plant operator and technician, insures proper safety conditions and procedures are followed; assures 7 day a week schedule for repair and maintenance of plant equipment’s on call for emergency response at the plant.

OPERATION RESPONSIBILITES:

Involved in day to day plant monitoring, Co-ordinate plant maintenance job, data logging and operation activities through PLC checking of temperature, pressure, levels, flow rate and any plant abnormal note down faults different kinds of break downs coordinating with engineer’

Managing the operation & maintenances team of around 30 staffs includes chemist, technician (mechanical, elect, inst etc), operators, helpers to monitoring site for efficiency of treatment process.

See that all detail is performing promptly and efficiently. This is best accomplished by establishing a routine schedule of operation; keep proper record of operation and maintenance.

Systematically monitor and record different process parameter including lubricants consumption.

Reporting directly to project manager for day to day activities.

Prepare snag list while plant taking during hand over period.
