Bender Products: Operations Manager 2015 to Current Currently managing a team of 40 people. Both salary and hourly. All Scheduling, quality, and productivity decisions go through me. Safety is number one priority in my facilities. At Bender I am the Operations Manager. I manage all facets of the manufacturing process at my facility. I have all capital projects, P&L, as well as budgeting responsibilities. I have 3 salaried supervisors over 3 shifts that work directly for me. I work closely with my General Manager, Quality Manager, Sales, Tooling Manager, and the President to ensure we have everything we need to satisfy our customer. I manage all customer concerns to come up with a corrective action. I am also implementing 5S in this facility. I am developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program. I am responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing process from a quality product to the efficiency of running that product.

Position: Supervisor: Supervising a staff of 20 people including skilled labor. Responsible for all operations of the facility. Quality, productivity, scheduling, and administrative duties.
