JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Handling end to end Recruitment both Technical & Non-Technical, catering to across industries/sectors.

Sourcing and screening candidates and conducting interviews. Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like Job Portal, Head Hunting, Mapping, (Shine.com, Naukri.com, & Other Search Engines)etc.

Responsible for Convincing & following up with candidates to they are on board, salary negotiation and background verification, etc. joining formalities.

Management of employee master details, personnel records, joining reports and personal file for new recruits in systems and manual for all category personnel.

Conducting! Preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills andaspirations

Preparation and submitting of weekly recruitment status report on manpower request and recruitment status to each division for review and forecast recruitment.

LISTING:

Sourcing of profiles from JobPortals /References /Database.

Shortlisting the Profiles with maximum accuracy, those match the requirements.

Preliminary screening /shortlisting of candidates done by means of telephonic conversation.

CANDIDATEVALIDATION

Interacting with the candidates, giving them brief about the position, roles and responsibilities, technical requirement and checking their positional fitment based on this interaction will be assigned for espective technical interview.
