2015- Present: Administrative Assistant, Swedish Employee Health, Seattle WA.

Answered and directed calls for all of the Swedish campuses regarding Employee Health. Ordered office supplies, managed and signed off on Timecards. Paid monthly Employee Health Bills. Maintained an archive of Medical records. Made charts and labels for all New Hires, acquired immunization records using various systems. Proficient in MS Office.

2009 2015: Customer Service, Swedish Health Services, Seattle WA

Assisted over 200 customers daily, both over the phone and in person, while maintaining the schedules of ten Doctors and their individual needs on a constant basis; as well as verifying Insurance coverage while assisting patients with various tasks.

2008 – 2009: Radiology Scheduler, Northwest Hospital, Seattle WA

In this position I was responsible for managing 7 radiologist schedules, scheduling appointments, obtaining pre authorization and verifying insurance coverage’s, as well as scanning medical documents and some data entry as needed.

In this position I was responsible for answering an average of 120 calls per day. I scheduled and canceled appointments while performing check in duties such as: greeting patients, making insurance accounts and collecting money. In addition I prepped medical records for scanning and doctor review.
