Designed and built PC Boards and pre-PC Boards. This includes vector-board hard wiring, wire-wrap, thru-hole, SMT, single layer and multi-layer boards and Backplanes. Troubleshot to the component level, Analog, Digital and RF. I have been certified (and Re-Certified) NASA soldering and have worked with extremely small components.
Done the specification, research and ordering of every type of discrete component and many semi-conductors (integrated circuits, op-amps, etc.), wire and tools.
Designed, built, improved and troubleshot many Cables, Wiring Harnesses and Test Fixtures.
Built many chassis, sub-assemblies, control panels including multi-pole toggle switches, multi-pole
selector (wafer) switches, indicators (AC & DC), LEDs, ammeters, volt meters, potentiometers, inductors, transformers, all kinds of connectors, shielding, frequently used in Robotics as well as Single, Double and

Drawn and documented all of the above using AutoCad, Orcad, LabView, some Solidworks.
