A.Technical functions:

b.Verify and check attendance sheet of maintenance personnel for payroll purposes;

c.Supervision in punch listings of units prior to turn-over, in the issuance of house forms (move-in and move-out, work permits and gate passes) for owners and tenants;

d.Lead in the temporary disconnections of utilities for delinquent owners and tenants;

e.Attends to complaints of owners and tenants and issue letters/correspondence regarding defiance of House Rules and Regulations;
