Hi my name is Dineo Agreement Diamond I am currently working at Capitec Bank as a Sales Consultant, I have worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Decorex SA owned by Thebe Reed Exhibitions. I have graduated at University Of Johannesburg, I have a National Diploma in Tourism Management qualification.

I have good computer and communication skills, able to work under pressure and in a multi-cultural environment. I have learnt a lot of important qualities about the corporate world, the tourism and marketing industry. I have a good and clear understanding of what customer service is about, the importance of front desk personnel. I am currently in the retail banking sector and learning a lot about importance good service delivery. My current duties include but not limited to selling the banks retail products but also include admin, follow up calls and working a lot on targets, my greatest lesson from my current job is being customer centric or orientated and providing clients with products that suit their needs. From my previous job, I worked on marketing campaigns that were within budget and also briefed in artwork to the graphic designer, done competitions with clients at shows and organized a database for them thereafter, I have also assisted with trade exchanges and printing collateral. I have good telephone etiquette and clear speaking of English. Communication and Computers are my strongest points.

I would like to work in this company to get even more experience about the industry and its administration. I would be a great asset to the company because I’m enthusiastic, energetic, open for change and always keen to learn more and learn new things. I love working and meeting new people.
