Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that addresses improvement or potential quality and food safety related problems.

MANPOWER EVALUATION AND TRAINING - Evaluate personnel according to their performance and suggest training that could help develop their skills and competencies and strengthen their weaknesses.

MANPOWER SCHEDULING - Provide accurate manpower scheduling for subordinates based on production scheduling and output.

Responsible in the Quality Control activities and ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management System in the Technical Department.

Quality Control Solution - Investigated and analysed root cause of a recurring defect in production process. Searched and provided evidence of the root cause that contributed to occurrence of the defect. All issues were coordinated with production department in creating corrective and preventive actions for the said defect. Monitored effectiveness of actions taken by obtaining statistics of defect occurrence.

Work Set-up Improvement - Reviewed all components of work set-up and revised old work set-up to increase effectiveness of department’s services. Results were monitored to ensure its effectiveness by administering a survey.

Documentation - Have conceptualized and implemented new formats for reports and other forms according to their respective purposes and current need.

Process Improvement - Have studied how to decrease solvent retention in the product during its processing that affects food odor and taste. New Air intake system of dryers was conceptualized to decrease solvent retention by 30 to 50 percent by proposing additional ducting from outside towards heat exchanger to increase fresh air intake. Proposed set-up was validated for its effectiveness by monitoring solvent retention of printed samples using Gas Chromatography before official implementation.
