Duties and Responsibilities:

Performed and checked dynamic spectrum of two & three phase flow lines having Slug/Plug Flow and PSVs along with transportation and blast analysis for offshore platform.

Developed pipe routing & support planning; established pipe support philosophy for lines passing through bridge from platform after incorporating relative displacements of bridge and platform due to wave effects.

Responsible for preparing and managing a schedule for piping engineering activities and deliverables, preparing estimates, preparing scope of services, preparing effort hour forecasts, monitoring changes on the project, preparing change orders, managing the piping engineering budget and schedule, provide progress reporting, coordinate with various disciplines, participate in 3D model reviews.

Monitoring, checking and auditing of stress analyzed systems by junior stress engineers, for the validity of calculations and flexibility analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performed static as well as dynamic stress analysis of two phase lines having Slug/Plug flow connected to exchanger, air fin fan cooler and column along with stress analysis of centrifugal compressor and qualifying the nozzle by NEMA SM23 using Caesar II, checking of pipe routings by using Navis works.

Stress Analysis of Buried Pipelines as per ASME B31.4 & B31.8.

Pipe stress analysis of an 18-inch and above Buried Pipeline at high Pressure (420 Bar and above) and
