Initiated programs for a non-profit organization - Imagine Englewood If., which resulted in the approval of several operational grants for the organization. I managed the after school programs, created a budget, class schedules, class curriculum, coordinated field trips, wrote grants and overseeing the program.

Managed a staff of 7 creating programs of professional development material for the office which included creating a paperless office that helped save a lot of financing for filing space and material. This also included creating programs to decrease the amount of task time by the use of macros and merges and auto text using Microsoft Office programs, scanners and paper shredders.

Established an entire account method for churches under the CME denomination which allowed reports to be created more efficiency and accurately with several checks and balances. It also creates stability in reporting for the CME church utilizing Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Turbotax.

Responsible for the management of other employees to maintain a smooth and efficient work environment by coordinating work for several attorneys. I created PowerPoint presentations, input payroll time, leave absences and provided reports when requested. Coordinated meetings, travel, statistical reports, filed legal documents with the courts and office document control (i.e. formatting, proofreading and updating forms). I was also responsible for the supply budget and making sure it was sufficient as well as supplies. Strengthened company's finances by leading implementation of a paperless office which resulted in a tremendous saving of office filing and space. I was also accountable to several attorneys and overall customer satisfaction. Wrote and edited documents to keep staff informed on policies and procedures.
