Responsible for B2B Credit and Collections for up to 850 + account, $10-$20 million
Manage and monitor accounts receivable on a daily basis
Review and release, according to policy, sales orders placed on credit hold or overdue hold
Accept and process all payments from courtesy sales, COD dealers for Visa, MasterCard, Deposit of cheques, wire transfer and money orders
Review delinquent accounts for further collection activity
Set up new clients and approved credit,granting limits with the knowledge of Lumberman /Equifax Reporting, reviewed all credit limits
Reduced Past due delinquency 13.5% to 9.1% within 3.5 months
Posting daily Cash Receipts, applied and posted to dealer accounts
Prepared daily reports, performed account reconciliation and keep tracked of records

Respond and resolve customer inquiries, trained and shadowed new employees to ensure proper standards are maintained
Sent out correspondence to customers and entered data into computer system
Probe customers on reason for delinquency account, educated client on consequences, negotiated and resolved accounts in arrears and established a payment plan
